Well, their timing couldn’t be better. Stern Grove Festival, the longest running admission-free outdoor music festival in the country, just announced some highlights for their upcoming 75th anniversary season. Taking place this year from Jun. 24 through Aug. 26, Stern Grove Festival is a beloved San Francisco summer tradition in a magnificent natural setting as only California can provide, it offers the Bay Area an opportunity to experience world-class concerts by well-known performers as well as emerging innovative artists.

One of the most anticipated fall events in San Francisco kicks off this weekend. And you’ll find the best strummin’, pickin’ and fiddle playin’ on the planet — a hoedown of epic proportions.
The Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival is coming to Golden Gate Park with live performances by some of the most popular traveling country, folk and rock and roll acts in the U.S. It all begins Sept. 30 and continues through the weekend until Sunday, Oct. 2. You’ll find six stages set up in Speedway, Lindley and Marx Meadows in Golden Gate Park and the best part is that the concert is FREE!
A music festival in Chinatown? Yes, it’s true.
The Chinese Culture Center (CCC) presents the 2nd Annual Chinatown Music Festival in San Francisco’s Chinatown this Sunday, Sept. 25. This will be the first free, outdoor concert ever held in Chinatown.
Love reggae music? Then you’ll want to check out the first annual San Francisco Reggae Festival this Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Fillmore Plaza on Fillmore Street (@ O’Farrell). Here’s the artist line-up:
